five smartphones that are currently available for purchase in India and feature a powerful battery. All the phones listed below are priced under Rs 7,000. Let’s get right to it.

Micromax Bharat 5 Pro was announced in March last year and features a 5.2-inch HD
LCD display. The device is powered by the MediaTek MT6737 chipset, which is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. A
microSD card slot is also available to expand the storage. The phone comes with a single 13-megapixel camera at the back and a 5-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies. The phone has support for dual-SIM cards with 4G VoLTE, but lacks a fingerprint scanner for security purposes. The Bharat 5 Pro runs Android 7.1 Nougat with a Custom UI on top. The most important feature though, is the massive 5,000mAh battery that should easily last up to two days under normal usage.
HMD Global has had a lot of success with its budget range of
Nokia smartphones. One of those, is the Nokia 2.1, which was announced in May 2018. It sports a 5.5-inch HD display and comes powered by the Snapdragon 450 chip, which is paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. For imaging, the device gets an 8-megapixel camera at the back and a 5-megapixel selfie unit. The phone features in this list as it packs in a powerful 4,000mAh cell. With stock Android 8.1 Oreo on board, the large battery should help the handset last more than a day.
The
Lenovo A5 smartphone was launched in July last year and is a good all-rounder at this price range. It comes equipped with a 5.45-inch HD+ LCD display and ships with the quad-core MediaTek MT6739 SoC. The phone has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which can be expanded further via a microSD card. In the camera department, there’s a 13-megapixel sensor on the rear and an 8-megapixel sensor on the front. The device has dual-SIM slots, 4G VoLTE support and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It boots Android 8.1 Oreo with Lenovo’s custom UI on top. Under the hood, the A5 gets a capacious 4,000mAh battery.

The YU
Ace marked a comeback for Micromax’s sub-brand and was launched in August 2018 in India. The smartphone features a 5.45-inch HD+ LCD display. Similar to the Lenovo A5, the phone is powered by the MediaTek MT6739 processor, which works alongside 3GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. In the camera department, a 13MP camera is available on the back and a 5MP unit sits on the front. The YU Ace also comes with a fingerprint sensor and ships with Android 8.1 Oreo. Coming to the battery, it too has a 4,000mAh pack.

InFocus Vision 3 features a 5.7-inch HD+ LCD display, which is the biggest in this list. The phone is powered by the MediaTek MT6737 chipset, which is mated to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It has a dual rear camera setup with a primary 13-megapixel sensor accompanied by a 5-megapixel unit. There’s an 8-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies. Similar to the previous two phones, this one also has a 4,000mAh battery along with a fingerprint sensor, placed on the back.
